Can I rent a Jet Ski alone?
Yes, solo rentals are available at Jet. Set. Go! However, basic swimming skills are required for safety reasons. We allow at max 2 riders per jet ski at one time for the safest, most comfortable ride.
What are the rental requirements?
Renters must adhere to the rental agreement and operate the jet ski safety. At least one experienced driver must be a part of Rental Party.
Renters must be 21 years or older, and present a valid drivers license and credit card. A signed liability waiver is also mandatory for not only the person renting the jet ski, but all individuals planning to drive, prior to rentals departure. If booking online a E-Signature is Required. Rentals made in person at Wildcat Marina, will have a contract provided to them.
We reserve the right to refuse service if any requirement is not met or in doubt.
Rentals will only be held 30 minutes after reserved time. At that time, if no contact is made, reservation is considered cancelled and deposit is forfeited.
What are the rental rules?
All Marina Rules, must be followed as well as local and state regulations, after departing the docks. A copy of Local laws can be provided in person or you may find them online here:
Are there any Parking Requirements?
Parking passes are required by the state unless a yearly state park pass was purchased at the time of registering your vehicle. Day parking passes are available (cash only) if your vehicle doesn’t currently have a park pass at the state’s Self-Pay Stations
Other Rental Terms / Procedures
- Please Arrive 20 Minutes Prior to planned departure
- Gas is NOT included in Jet Ski rental pricing
- Children 12yrs and under AND all non-swimmers must wear life jacket at all times while on the Marina, and after leaving the docks
- Life vests are included for everyone.
- Safety and operation instructional video must be watched by all operators.
- NO WAKE ZONE inside Marina Cove. Jet Skis must move at idle speed until you reach the NO WAKE buoys.
- Reservation cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to rental time to avoid loss of deposit.
- Jet Skis must remain at a minimum 50ft from all other vessels while moving 10+ MPH
- At least one experienced Jet Ski operator must be present and ride along with any novice riders at all times
- NO Pets allowed on the marina’s docks
- Rainouts or malfunctions are issued a gift certificate valid for 1 year.
- Please refrain from arriving intoxicated or under the influence of any substances.
- Any Jet Skis Requiring a tow by fault of renter, will be required to pay a 150 dollar convenience fee
Damage Deposit (Made at time of reservation)
- $250 per ski for credit/debit card, or $400 cash deposit per ski.
Deposit is fully refunded at the end of rental, if jet skis are returned with no damages
Violation of any of the Rules, State Regulations, or any Activity Deemed as Unsafe behavior putting Renters, Equipment, or other individuals on the lake’s property or their safety in danger may result in rental being ended prematurely
